1. Why not trial a wormery system of your choice for 30 days!

Wonder Wigglers Recycling would wish all customers to enjoy trialling a wormery system of their choice before full commitment.  This is especially the case for customers who are interested in the Home Grow Project & Commercial Grow Projects.

We operate a very simple straight forward service and wish to maintain our aims to maintaining optimum business practices, being mindful of time, finances and commitment allowances. 

We have found offering trail periods to be an effective and efficient way of allowing customers to have piece of mind in trying a wormery system and getting used to just how easy it is to operate and maintain - releasing just how effective wormeries are in saving a wide range of waste products going to landfill.

There are of course important terms and conditions in regards to trialling a system and this is made out briefly here for your consideration.  We are of course happy to assist with any questions and concerns by simply contacting us at your convenience.

Terms & Conditions

1. The trial is open to all wormery types that we provide
2. Only brand new wormery systems are provided to new customers.
3. Customer Registration Numbers are issued prior to delivery. Please keep the document issued safe.  Care booklets and guidance notes are issued prior to delivery, and an additional set with the unit.
4. The wormery system is your responsibility whilst in your care.  This is especially the case regarding theft, damage and loss of the unit. We will not hold responsibility for the worms against you whilst on the trial period.
5. The trial period is fixed for 30 days. Starting from the moment the wormery is received/delivered to midnight on the 30th day.
6. The wormery must remain on the premises that it was delivered to, unless prior notice was given to Wonder Wigglers of its eventual siteing.
7. The wormery system and additional products supplied for the optimum care of the system is either delivered and installed by Wonder Wigglers, or dispatched by courier as agreed at time of order.  If you do not wish to keep the system during the 30 day term, please contact Wonder Wigglers who would arrange free collection. 
8. We can arrange a courier to collect the system if this is more agreeable with you.  We will dispatch a collection box and would ask that the wormery is placed within the box complete.  There is no charge for collection or courier collection.
9. You will receive a receipt stating that the wormery system has been received and in good condition by Wonder Wigglers.
10. If we do not hear from you prior to the expiration of your trial period.  It will be assumed that you are happy to continue with the system.  We will review this principle if reasons are given of termination of the trial after the 30 day period. We will help and assist as far as reasonably possible and in certain cases collect the unit after 30 day notice.
11. Full  cleared payment of the wormery is required prior to dispatch.  Wormeries are valuable items and involve a lot of procedures before delivery. These include, harvest, settling, feeding & dispatch. Full repayment is made at the time of collection, providing that the unit is of good condition to that delivered.  In the case of damage, theft, loss a refund will not be issued. Cash refunds can only be issued on prearranged basis.  Otherwise, electronic cash transfer would operate.  This ensures that your refund is received as soon as possible and in line with current banking practices.
12. We accept all major credit cards, checks with bank card and Pay Pal payments.
13. Wormery units are dispatched by prior arrangement.  Minimum 7 days after cleared funds have been received.  We allow the worms to settle in the system under observation conditions prior to delivery/dispatch so that the system is ready to use and the worms are least likely to escape. This is a common problem with other kit type systems provided by other suppliers.
14. There will be no payments for material generated by the worms within the wormery or weight of worms above that supplied (see Home Grow Project) during the trial period if unit is returned.
